These are the terms for using this website and a summary of the published promise. If you buy the Private Edge Audit, the agreement you read and sign before you pay controls, and it will match what is written here.
Using this site
You must be 18 or older. The site is education about trading process only (see the Disclaimer). Nothing on it is investment advice, and nothing is charged on it. No card is taken or stored here. If we agree during the intro call that the audit is right for you, I send an invoice.
The Private Edge Audit
The audit delivers five outcomes: a one-page Style Verdict with evidence and a confidence rating per line; a dollar figure for your leak built from numbers you confirm (money already spent, not a forecast); one to three root behaviors, each shown with your own dated trades; one quick-win rule with a circuit breaker, measured over at least seven trading days (adherence, never profit or loss); and a live demo of The Yoder Desk flagging a real drift in your trades. It includes four live calls: kickoff, style interview, walkthrough and plan review. The intro call before you buy is up to 30 minutes.
The price is $3,500. I reply to every application within two business days. I run two audits at a time.
The promise, in its binding words
1. Your walk-away week. Your walk-away window runs until the end of week one or until 11:59 PM Eastern two business days after I send your cost snapshot, whichever is later. Week one is the 7 calendar days starting on the day of your kickoff call (live call 1). Before kickoff, you can cancel any time for a full refund. If you stop at any point in that window, for any reason or none, I'll refund every dollar. You keep your "rules as stated" document and anything else I've delivered by then.
2. Your walkthrough is booked, and you choose if I fall short. I put your walkthrough on the calendar at our first call, within 15 business days of that call. If I ever fall short of what I've promised here, you choose: I keep working at no charge, or you take a full refund.
3. All five outcomes, or I keep working. If any outcome is missing at your walkthrough because of something on my side, I keep working at no charge for up to 10 more business days. If I still can't deliver it, or you'd rather not wait, I refund you in full and you keep everything I've delivered.
A verdict you don't like isn't a missed outcome. The promise never depends on your profit or loss, an evaluation, a payout or the market.
How to ask for a refund
One line by email or in your Slack channel is enough. You don't need a call or a reason. I confirm within one business day and refund within five business days, the same way you paid. If you're open to it, I'll offer a short call first; the call is your choice, and the refund never waits on it. One refund per person.
After the walk-away week. If you're frustrated later, tell me. I'll get on a call within two business days, go through what's been done on my side and yours, and finish what I promised. If something is missing on my side, promise 2 applies and you choose: I keep working, or you take the refund.
The Yoder Desk after your 30 days
Every audit includes 30 days of The Yoder Desk after your walkthrough. They end on their own, and nothing is billed unless you choose a plan. Plans: The Yoder Desk at $99 a month or $990 a year; Desk + Bo at $299 a month or $2,990 a year (limited to 6 clients).
- Cancelling is one line. Email me, reply to any invoice, or post it in your Slack channel. I confirm in writing within one business day, nothing more is billed, and the desk stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for. I may offer one 15-minute call to see whether something can be fixed. It is never required.
- Monthly plans renew each month at the price you signed up for until you cancel. Cancel any time and the plan stops at the next billing cycle.
- Yearly plans ($990 and $2,990) are a one-year commitment and are not refundable. If you cancel a yearly plan, it won't renew, and it stays on until the end of the year you paid for. About five weeks before any yearly renewal, I email you the date, the amount and how to cancel.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the fees you paid me. I'm not responsible for trading losses, which are your own. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina.
Changes
I may update this page. The version in your signed agreement is the one that applies to you.
