01

What it is

The Private Edge Audit is a one-on-one engagement for active traders. It's a read on you, built from three kinds of evidence: who you are, what you've lived through as a trader, and what your own trades already show. Then it's a working demonstration of a better way to trade by your own rules.

Futures, stocks, options, forex, crypto, or a funded account: the audit works from your trade history, whatever you trade.

I personally lead the work and own every finding. My small team and AI tools handle the scoring, data cleanup and first drafts; the judgment is mine. I run two audits at a time.

02

The five things you'll walk away with

I hold myself to all five.

1. Your Style Verdict

A written, one-page verdict, signed by me, with the evidence behind every line and a confidence rating (low, medium or high) on each, so you know which calls are firm and which need testing:

  • Very unlikely to suit you: the styles your profile, your history and your trades all argue against.
  • Possible, with conditions: styles that could work if specific conditions hold.
  • Best chance of suiting you: the one or two styles where all three kinds of evidence point the same way.

It may not be the style you'd pick for yourself. It will be the style you're most likely to trade by your own rules, and it will come with the reasons. It isn't a prediction that you'll make money. And I will never tell you trading isn't for you. That isn't my call to make, and it isn't what this audit measures.

2. A dollar figure for your leak that you agree with

Not my guess. A historical figure built only from numbers you confirm: the evaluation fees, re-buys and other costs you've already paid, and the losses on trades where you broke your own rules. I read every input back to you. If you think one is wrong, give me a fair one and I'll rerun it. This is money already spent. It's not a forecast, and it's not a promise of anything you'd make or keep by stopping.

3. The one to three root behaviors behind your leak, named

Each shown with your own dated trades, in words you'd actually use. "I size up after a red morning." "Trade four is where my day turns." You'll see the pattern for what it is: a predictable reaction with a time and a trigger.

4. A quick-win rule, with a circuit breaker, measured over at least seven trading days

We choose one rule together, straight from your data. It comes with your circuit breaker for when the trigger hits. You run it, and we measure adherence, never profit or loss. I will never tell you it means you'll make more money. Process is the part you can control, so process is what we measure.

5. A live demo of The Yoder Desk, flagging a real drift in your trades

On our walkthrough call, I turn on The Yoder Desk, my private AI trading desk loaded with your rules and your journal, and you watch it flag a real drift from your trades, on screen. (An illustration of a flag: "Trade 5 on Thursday was a re-entry 3 minutes after a stop. That's rule 2.")

It is AI, not me. It's built and tested by me before your audit, then set up on your trades and checked by me during it. It's read-only: it never places trades, never touches your account and never gives a trade call.

03

After the verdict, you're not on your own.

Knowing your leak doesn't make you do the right thing at 9:47 on a Tuesday morning.

The Yoder Desk is a private AI desk loaded with your rules and your journal. For 30 days after your walkthrough, it gives you:

  • A check-in before each session.
  • A flag when you drift from your own rules.
  • A weekly digest.

It is AI, not me. It's built and tested by me before your audit, then set up on your trades and checked by me during it. It runs on its own: I'm not watching your screen or answering you live. It's read-only. It never places trades, never touches your account and never gives a trade call.

04

The four live calls

  1. Kickoff (about 90 minutes). We get your rules out of your head and onto paper.
  2. Style interview (about 75 minutes). The deep interview behind your Style Verdict. You choose what to share. Nothing in it is a clinical assessment.
  3. Walkthrough (75 to 90 minutes). Your Style Verdict, your leak and your desk, live.
  4. Plan review (about 30 minutes).

Your walkthrough goes on the calendar at our first call, within 15 business days of that call.

05

How it works, start to finish

  1. You apply. A few minutes. I read every application myself and reply within two business days.
  2. I reply in one of three ways: an invitation to an intro call; "not yet," if you need more trades first; or an honest "I don't think the audit is right for you."
  3. The intro call. An intro call is up to 30 minutes on Zoom to see whether the audit is right for you. You'll hear how it works, the price and the promise, and either of us can say no. I won't read which style suits you on the intro call; that's what the audit is for.
  4. If it's a yes, I email you an invoice with the agreement and consent form. You read and sign them, then pay the invoice. Your kickoff, style interview and walkthrough go on the calendar at our first call.
  5. The audit. You send your trade export (at least 50 trades; take account numbers out first) and do a few short questionnaires at home. Then the four live calls.

Not enough trade data yet? That's OK, and it doesn't rule you out. We hold your spot and start when your data is ready, so every answer comes from your real trades.

06

Included: 30 days of The Yoder Desk

Every audit includes 30 days of The Yoder Desk after your walkthrough. It's part of the offer, not an add-on: a check-in before each session, rule-drift flags on your journal, and a weekly digest. It's automated AI. It isn't me answering, and it never gives trade calls.

When the 30 days end, it switches off on its own and nothing is billed unless you choose a plan: The Yoder Desk at $99 a month or $990 a year. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stop at the next billing cycle. Yearly plans are a one-year commitment and are not refundable. See the terms.

07

What your investment in this audit covers

Most of the traders I meet have already spent more than this audit costs on evaluation fees, re-buys, new strategies and the losses from trades where they broke their own rules. Have you ever added it up?

The audit adds it up with you, from numbers you confirm. Then it names the one to three habits behind it, shows them in your own dated trades, gives you one rule to stop the biggest one, and puts an AI desk on your trades to watch for it.

That's four live calls with me, about five hours in all, plus the analysis I do between them, plus 30 days of The Yoder Desk.

And you can walk away for a full refund in the first week, or until 2 business days after you get your cost numbers if that's later.

08

My promise to you

I only take on an audit I'm confident I can deliver. Here's how I back that up.

1. Your walk-away week. You don't have to trust me yet. You get to watch me work first. Your walk-away window runs until the end of week one or until 11:59 PM Eastern two business days after I send your cost snapshot, whichever is later. Week one is the 7 calendar days starting on the day of your kickoff call (live call 1). Before kickoff, you can cancel any time for a full refund. If you stop at any point in that window, for any reason or none, send me one line and I'll refund every dollar. You keep your "rules as stated" document and anything else I've delivered by then, including your cost read-back and questionnaire results if they're done.

2. Your walkthrough is booked, and you choose if I fall short. I put your walkthrough on the calendar at our first call, within 15 business days of that call. If I ever fall short of what I've promised here, you choose: I keep working at no charge, or you take a full refund.

3. All five outcomes, or I keep working. If any of the five outcomes is missing at your walkthrough because of something on my side, I'll keep working, at no charge, for up to 10 more business days. If I still can't deliver it, or you'd rather not wait, I'll refund you in full and you keep everything I've delivered.

About the verdict: a verdict you don't like isn't a missed outcome, and I won't soften it to keep you happy. But if you think I missed something, bring me the evidence within a week. I'll review it with you on a 30-minute call and either revise the verdict in writing or explain why not.

What this promise never depends on: your profit or loss, an evaluation, a payout or the market. Nobody honest can guarantee a trading result, and I don't.

How to ask for a refund

One line by email or in your Slack channel is enough. You don't need a call or a reason. I confirm within one business day and refund within five business days, the same way you paid.

If you're open to it, I'll offer a short call first, because sometimes the reason is something I can fix in a day: a data problem, a call time that doesn't work, or a finding you think I got wrong. The call is your choice, and the refund never waits on it.

After the walk-away week. If you're frustrated later, tell me. I'll get on a call within two business days, go through what's been done on my side and yours, and finish what I promised. If something is missing on my side, promise 2 applies and you choose: I keep working, or you take the refund.

One refund per person. Full terms are in the agreement you'll read and sign before you pay, and on the Terms page.

09

The investment

The founding price of the Private Edge Audit is $3,500. It will go up as the audit matures. There's no countdown clock.

How you pay: not on this website. If we agree during our intro call that it's right for you, I email you an invoice. No card is taken or stored here.

10

Who I say no to

I'd rather tell you no than take your money for something that won't pay off for you. On the intro call I say no, with no exceptions, if:

  • your own numbers show only a small leak (a discovered behavior or rule-break habit that produces losses, but not large enough to justify a clear return on the audit fee);
  • you've only ever traded one way; or
  • you'd be paying with borrowed money, rent money, or money you need to live on.
11

What this is not

  • No signals, setups or trade ideas. I won't tell you what to trade, when, or how big. Your Style Verdict names styles, never markets, instruments or positions.
  • Not a strategy. Strategy and edge work come after the verdict, if you want them.
  • No promises about money. Not gains, not payouts, not passing an evaluation.
  • Not a verdict on whether you should trade. It's a verdict on how.
  • Not therapy, and not a diagnosis. If anything we touch feels bigger than trading, I'll stop and help you find a licensed professional.
12

Questions traders ask

Can a personality test really tell me how to trade?

Not on its own, and I won't pretend it can. No test has been shown to predict who will make money, and none was built for trading. What short questionnaires can do is describe how you tend to handle pressure, boredom, risk and waiting. That's one of three kinds of evidence. Your own trades are the strongest one, and the interview ties them together. The verdict comes from all three, with a confidence rating on every line.

What if I don't like the verdict?

Then we talk about it. A verdict you don't like isn't a wrong verdict, and I won't change it to keep you happy. But I'm not infallible. Bring me evidence I missed and I'll review it with you on a call, then revise the verdict in writing or explain why not.

Will you tell me to quit trading?

No. I'll tell you which kinds of trading your evidence argues against, and which have the best chance of suiting you. Whether and how much you trade is your decision.

What if I've only ever day traded?

If your history shows more than one way of trading (different holding times, setups or sessions), I can work with it, and I'll say plainly where the evidence is thin. If you've only ever traded one way, I'll tell you on the intro call that it's too early for an audit, and what to try first. You're welcome to apply again later.

What if I don't have enough trades yet?

Then we wait, and that's fine. I need at least 50 real-money or prop-firm trades. If you're not there yet, we hold your spot and start when your data is ready.

What happens to my data?

Take account numbers out before sending anything, and never send a password. Your trade data is used only for your audit and deleted on request. Details are on the Privacy page.

How do I pay?

By invoice, after our intro call, and only if we both agree the audit is right for you. Nothing is charged on this website, and no card is stored here.
