The short version: I collect only what I need to answer you and do the work. I don't sell or share your information. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
This website
The pages are plain files. The web host keeps ordinary server logs (such as your IP address and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. I don't use cookies, tracking pixels or advertising scripts here.
The application form
When you apply, I receive what you type: your name, email, optional phone, what you trade, your platform, how long you've traded, whether you trade a prop firm or your own account, how many trades you could export, what's been happening, what you want from the audit, whether anyone else is involved in the decision, and an optional budget range. I also note which link brought you here and whether you used a phone or a computer. Your application is saved on my web host and emailed to me. I use it only to review your application and reply to you. Please don't put trade data, account numbers or passwords in the form. I email you about your application; I don't add you to a mailing list because you applied.
If you book an intro call or become a client
- Scheduling and calls. If you choose a time, you use the scheduling page I link to, and calls are held on Zoom. Those services have their own privacy policies.
- Your trade exports. Used only for your audit. Take account numbers out before sending, and never send a password. We'll agree on a safe way to send files.
- Your questionnaire results. Personal. They are stored separately, and I never use them in a case study without your written OK.
- AI tools. I and my small team use AI tools to help with scoring, data cleanup and first drafts, and The Yoder Desk is AI.
- Your Slack channel. The Yoder Desk runs in a private Slack channel. It never connects to your broker or prop firm account.
Keeping and deleting
Your information is used only for your work with me, and I delete it on request. Email me and I'll confirm when it's done. I may keep what the law requires me to keep, such as invoices.
No sale of data
I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for advertising.
